Let the fun begin! It’s muffin-a-day time in our house… meaning that for the next week (or so), we’ll have a batch of freshly baked muffins daily. This may mean an over crowded freezer (and an over crowded stomach), but I think we’ll just have to tough it out. It’s worth it – I love having the ability to just throw a homemade snack in bag lunches, or have a quick bite after work without digging into a box.
Here are my predicted muffins to make. Again… this is predicted… meaning I most likely will get to about half of them!
